Proposal To Prosecute Chinese/Indians for ‘khalwat’?

My God, they just don’t seem to learn their lesson!!!  It is not about religion, it is about democratic, freedom and rights of the Malaysians under the Constitution.  Trying to enforce Islamic moral, values and faith onto non-Malay is no joke here.  Zaid Ibrahim once said pertaining to Subashini’s case; how will the Malays feel if they are subject to Hindus law?  Historically, the non-Malays have been very cooperative since the independence, and now we are in the 20th century with a wonderful and harmonious multi-racial people, don’t they realise it!  The Muslim law clearly state in the enactment: ‘Except as otherwise expressly provided…shall apply only to persons professing the Muslim religion’ and our freedom of religion is enshrined in the Constitution.  Gone are the days to embrace Islamic values in influencing the perception of the society for a better government.  Look at Hadi, even PAS changed or reviewed their ideology in conjunction of proposed ‘Pakatan Rakyat’, matter in relation to Islamic influence and the non-Malays.  Of course one would say that is a political tactic or motive.  At least they are aware of the sensitivity of the rakyat.  Fortunately the ex-CJ shut his mouth ever since his proposal of replacing the common law with syariah.

Good Morning Malaysia!

Every day is a new beginning, another day to make things happen.  Was at the park, 3/4 of the people there were senior citizens.  Are they more health conscious than the younger ones or just a psychological motivation?  As expected Arsenal drew with Liverpool but Chelsea lost 2-1 to Ferbenache at the UEFA this morning.  So what’s my aim for today?  To complete that tedious injunction affidavit and search for some exciting action, perhaps some sort of happiness.

Everyone is looking for happiness.  But happiness is not a goal.  It is a result of doing what you like and relating honesty to other people.  Happiness is about being your own person, making your own decisions, doing what you want and leaving your own life to please yourself.  (Is that the case for a politician?)

Your life is supposed to be for yourself and create its meaning – no one to blame nor owes you anything.  Have an awesome day!
