    Andy,

Can i ask you a legal question? can a shop built on an agriculture land( agreement lot) be convert as hostel for rental? specifically up to 14 rooms to rent to tenants? If can what is the procedure? Does it need approval from local council, bomba and kesihatan? can you enlighten me?

Answer is yes if owner converts & gets approval from the DG Land office & local authority. Land surveyor/consultant normally provide such service. In reality, very much depending on the location.

Thanks for the answer but not clear! I hope KTK will step down tomorrow but he can keep the minister post. I was in sabah and look like it is hard for us to contest any seat there. Let see what plan KTK has drawn up for us but i am afraid, it is already too late!

I feel i need to say a little about the topic above, i was in kk recently and it seem very clear that all existing sabah component party is against gerakan contesting in Sabah including UMNO Sabah, Gerakan was asked to concentrate in Peninsular!
